Operations Officer

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES

- A bachelor’s degree in any .
- Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant work experience in any company, consultancy, NGO, or professional services organisation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to manage both high-level clients and administrative demands.
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or other billing/accounting software is highly desirable.
- Experience with project management software (e.g. Zoho Projects, Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project) is a strong advantage.
- Excellent organisational skills, ability to multitask, and attention to detail.
- A high degree of discretion, accountability, and commitment to ethical service delivery.

GRANTS AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT OFFICER

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES

- A bachelor’s degree in Law, Development Studies, Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in grant writing, fundraising, or business development — preferably in a corporate, consulting, or civil society environment.
- Excellent writing, research, and document formatting skills.
- Familiarity with donor funding cycles, proposal preparation, and partnership engagement.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and tools like Excel, Google Workspace, or grant management platforms.
- A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, with strong interpersonal skills.

TRAINEE ASSOCIATES

Minimum Requirements:
- Final-year student at the Ghana School of Law, OR
- Recently called to the Ghana Bar and completed pupillage.
- Excellent writing, research, and legal reasoning skills.
- Demonstrated interest in litigation, public law, human rights, or corporate practice.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- High level of organisation, attention to detail, and accountability.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative legal team.
